She's More Blue Than Yellow

My last-minute entry for 's contest. I decided to go with a Livolt Girl with her belly inflated. The reason? I like the color blue and electricity.

To help explain the title, in the pokedex, Livolt is classified as a yellow pokemon when it's clearly more blue.

Also, she's wearing orange bra and panties because orange contrasts with blue. And that's a sweatdrop on her head.
